HE Ambassador of Chile, Senor Don Miguel Cruchaga Tocor- nal, will return to Washington tomorrow afternoon from New York, where he has been for several days. The Minister of Latvia and Mme. Seya left Washington this morning for Indiana to visit Representative and Mrs. Fred S. Purnell in their home in Attica. The Minister and Mme. Seya will return in a fortnight. The charge d'affaires of Norway, Mr. Alexis H. G. O. Lundh, was host at luncheon informally vesterday at the Mayflower in compliment to Mme. Signe Lund, composer-planist, of Nor- way. Mme. Lund will sail Friday from New York for her home, in Christlania, Norway. The charge d'affaires of Persia and Mme. Kazemi have returned to Wash- ington after spending a short vacation at Sherwood Forest. The Navy is planning to send two seaplanes on a flight from Philadelphia to the Pacific Coast via the Panama al. Canal. While orders for the flight have not been issued, Acting Secretary Robin- son of the Navy Department said that use of two PN-10 scouting planes now nearing completion at the Phila delphia naval alrcraft factory, was contemplated.
