There has heen considerable activ- ity in the sale of apartment houses hei during the last few months. ‘While apartment structures have al- s been active in the realty fleld, have been unusually so of late. The latest structures to be sold are the mammoth Oak Gardens, 1609 and 1611 Thirty-first street. These two structures are three stories high and contain 35 apartments in total. The sale was made through the Merchants’ Realty and Finance Com- pany to Mrs. Nellie M. Humphrey, a local investor, for $225,000.
