Goring Bliss, and which will be given under the direction of Miss Hawke at the Belasco Theater, Friday afternoon, April 9. at 2:15 o'clock, for Ekengren, Mrs. Charles R. Tuckerman, Mrs. Frederick Dent Widespread interest is around “The Style Show of 2000 Years Ago,” with its historic and colorful costumes of the everyday life in the Holy Land, to be given in the hall of nations of the Wash- ington Hotel Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock for the benefit of the Holy Family and Myra McCoy Day Nur- series. Some of these authentic robes that are more than 2,000 years old, will lend added interest to the very dramatic and artistic sketch, “A Day With the Water Carrier,” which will feature the human side of the Bible. Among the ladies interested in furthering this much needed charity is Mrs. Edmund.Brennan, chairman; assisted by Mrs. Wymond Bradbury, Mrs. Minnigerode Andrews and Mrs. Nannette Paul, who is lending these wonderful robes. collected by the late Mme.
