BOY SCOUTS The Boy Scouts of America suffered ® very great loss last Saturday in the death of the president of the National Councll, James J. Storrow of Boston Mr. Storrow was elected president Jast May, when Colin 11 Livingstone retired, after 15 years of effective service as president.
