The Hecht Co. Bought Out Hoover Zook—Tomorrow $25,000 Stock for about $11,000 The Hoover Zook Sale — THE EVENING ‘STAR, WASHINGTON, D. C, THURSDAY, MARCH 4, 1926. About two weeks ago we bought the entire stock of Hoover Zook who, for some years, had been conducting a very high-grade men’s shop selling unusually fine clothing and furnishings for men. Nothing was too good for Hoover Zook’s customers—and we were very fortunate in being able to purchase this stock so advantageously as to enable us to sell it tomorrow for 50c on the dollar, and less. Every article of merchandise in Hoover Zook’s Store at the time we purchased it is included in this sale. ... Tomorrow at 9:15—and please note, the sale will be held in our Men’s Bargain Annex, 613 E Street N.W. To My Customers o and Friends First, I am happy to say that I am now associ- ated with The Hecht Co., as manager of their Men’s Furnishing Department. And further—that tomorrow, The Hecht Co. will place on sale, at half price, and often consid- erably less, my entire merchandise stock as bought by them about two weeks ago. As my old cus- tomers know, this comprises the finest brands of men’s clothing, hats and furnishings obtainable. To be able to buy this sort of apparel at fractions of their former prices is an occasion that seldom occurs. This-sale will be held under my personal super- vision, and I'il be on hand all day tomorrow to greet my old customers—and many new ones, too. Please note this sale to be held at The Hecht Co. Men’s Bargain Annex—613 E Street NW.
