This order was issued by the court after it had reviewed the report on | conditions at the jail submitted by a ‘l;)eclal committee consisting of John A. Francis, B. M. Smith and E. F. Fordham. The report of the committee points out that the present jail is inadequate in many respects and recommends the buflding of a more modern structure. | Mrs. Frank G.
