Two Suspects Held. By the Associated Press. BRAINTREE, Mass., Two men were arrested and charged with the murder of Johnny Vito, former Pacific coast boxer, whose body, marked by four bullets, was found in a street here early in the morning. Those arrested were Frank Marrotta and Frank Grazina, both of Boston. Their arrest followed the discovery home of a notebook contain- ing the names of many of his asso clates. The men were brought here from Boston and were to be arraigned to day. The police said that Vito,” who has a_prison record, was shot in a June 26— vesterday feud between bootleggers and hi- jackers. Before leaving Washington Galleher had sold premises 1474 Columbia road, owned jointly with his wife, for $11,000, and placed $4,900 of the pro- ceeds on deposit with the bank, tak- ing the balance with him. The wife brought suit, and the court determined that although the sum was less than the value of her half interest she was entitled to receive it. Attorney John E.
