Deficiency Estimate for Bureau of Standards Sent to House. Deflciency estimates for $173,000 for addifional land for the Bureau of Standards on Connecticut avenue were submitted to the House yesterday by the Budget Bureau. Last week the House passed the bill favorably reported from the committee on public buildings and grounds authorizing the purchase of this land at that price.
