The strange vessel, with her two great rotors towering above the decks, will carry a con- signment of planed wood for Leith, Scotland. It will be her first actual cargo voyage, and therefore her first real test. The rotor ship will pass along the northern coast of Germany to Kiel. After the installation of wireless at Kiel, it will pass through the Kiel Canal, and from Cuxhaven, which stands at the eastern entrance, will 80 85 head directly across the North Sea toward Firth of Forth and Leith. Miller, provincial geologist of Ontarlo, and recently elected president of the geological seotion of the British Association for the Advancement for Sclence, died of meningitis last night at his home here. Dr. Miller was perhaps best known for this discovery of silver at Cobalt.
