NORFOLK, Va., February 4.—An message from the American eamer Delecto, picked up here last nisht, reported the steamer had lost her propeller and was helpless in a rough sea about 100 miles off Dia- mond Shoals. The Coast Guard cut- ter Gresham was dispatched imme- diately to the assistance of the craft. The exact location of the Delecto as given in her message was lati- tude 36.20 and longitude 75.10. The steamer is owned by the American Sugar and Transit Corporation, and is en route from Cuba to Philadelphia with a cargo of sugar.
