Lindholm, a $4,500 em- ploye of the ‘United States Cham- ber of Commerce, today told the District Supreme Court that his wife, Mrs. M. Elizabeth Lindholm, Wwho is suing him for maintenance, refuses to bear his name and in- sists on maintaining her maiden identity as Miss Elizabeth McCal- mont.
