SAN SALVADOR, August 14.—Ac- cording to advices from Guatemala, work is to be started shortly on a railroad line which will run from Zacapa to the Salvadorean border. The line will unite Salvador with the railroad of Puerto Barrios and the Guatemala-Mexico line, which con- nects with the railways of the United States.
