Rev. Edmund A. Walsh, 8. J.,, regent of the Georgetown University Foreign Service School, is leaving today for Williamstown, Mass., where he will take part in the sessions of the American Institute of Politics de- voted to discussions of-Russian rela- tions. Father Walsh, who spent nearly three years in Russian relief work, will deliver an address in which he will oppose recognition of the Soviet by this government. Georgetown University is well rep- resented at the Institute of Politics Among its faculty members who are taking an active part in the sessions are Dr. Leo S. Rowe, director-general of the Pan-Americaa Union, and Dr. Willlam S. Culbertson, vice chairman of the United States Tariff Commis- sion. They are members of the for- eign service faculty.
