Huebsch, alias Har- is, has asked the District Supreme Court to annul her marriage to Charles C.. Harris, which was per- formed in Baltimore, Md., three days after she had been awarded a divorce in Virginia from John H. Huebsch. Under the terms of the divorce de- cree she points out marriage of either parties within six months after the date—December 20, 1920—was_for- | bidden, She was married to Harris { December 23, 1920, and now claims that she was not 'legally_competent to contract marriage. Harris has treated her cruelly, she informs the court, and has not properly supported her. 'She is represented by Attorney E. B. Frey. Absolute divorce is asked in a suit filed by Minnie S. Bitting against William H. Bitting. They were mar- ried August 11, 1917, and have no children. She is represented by At- torneys T. Morris Wampler and Rob- ert E.
