Christ Eplscopal Church, 31st and O streets northwest, was incorporated Christmas eve 107 years ago and ever since the holy communion has been celebrated in that church on Christ- mas eve. In more recent vears this custom has been followed in a number of other Episcopal churches, and next Monday evening the sacrament will be taken in nearly all of them. Spe clal music will feature this midnight celebration and the other services on Christmas. At St. John's Church, Georgetown, there will be a watch-night service on the last day of the year.
