Brotherhoods of Engineers and Firemen Continue Alliance, | CLEVELAND, Ohio, April 13.—The agreement between the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers and the Brotherhood of Locomotive Firemen and Enginemen, providing a working alllance of the two organizations and for co-operation in handling wage matters and in strike action, was re- newed yesterday with some technical changes, Warren S.
