In the Community Centers Because of the Easter holldays some of the centers have omitted part of their activities, while in other neigh- borhoods the close of tire lenten season has acted as an incentive for increased whrk and entertainment. Baker, assistant district attorney, who succeeds Frank J. Kelly In the prosecution of those cases in the United States branch of Police Court, yesterday lssued an order giving notice that de- fendants In all such cases will be arraigned the morning following their arrest. The notice reads: “Hereafter all persons charged with violating the national pro- hibition act will be arraigned on the following day. “Officers will see that all wit- nesses in any case in which they are interested are summoned to court on the day after.” Mr. Baker and his assistant, David A.
