The Vice President will leave Wash- ington this evening for Tuskege Ala, to attend the dedication of a government hospital for the colored veterans of the world war, Accompanying Mr. Coolidge will be Assistant Secretary of the Treasury Bdward Clifford and Assistant Secre- tary of Commerce C.
