Our hair ribbon H must be just so; we want a little handbag all trim and neat, and maybe a powder puff and a mirror inside; our pretty silk 'kerchief must be spotless and fine. A bracelet, perhaps, and a wrist watch, too, or earrings besides. And we think nothing of having a bright-colored parasol all ruffled with lace to keep off the sun. But what of vur hat? We never thought of that. In Mexico the hat is the one thing in all the world they think of first, and the stores have all the latest styles, in all shapes and colors.
