INVISIBLE COLOR BOOK g b i & ROCKY MOUNTAIN GOAT ¥ TIGH in the mountains, amidst the grandest scenery, in the wilds above the timberline, where the faces of the precipices seem almost perpendicular, lives our white friend (Oreamnos). He is known, too, as the White Goat. His hoofs are jet black and very sharp on the edges to keep him from slipping-when he jumps from one high rock to another. This big fellow has leaped to the top of the rock to stand guard for the rest of the flock as they feed. He looks only downward for danger and seems never to thipk that any harm can come from above. He is considered by hunters to be a very stupid fellow. If he sees you coming from below, however, he can easily get out of your way in a few minutes, :
