- JURY INDICTS 11 INBUILDING FRAUD Chicago Corporations, Con- tractors and Unions Charged With Conspiracy. By the Aseoclated Press. CHICAGO. April Indictments, charging corporations, contractors, unions and individuals with conspiracy to restrain buflding operations in Chizago, were returned today by a federzl grand jury. Collusion between building con- tractors and unions apmiounting to conspiracy in restraint of trade un- der the Sherman act was charged in the indictments. At the same time similar counts aszainst thirty-nine other corporations and individua returned by the March grand jury but suppressed until today, were re- leased. An agreement between contractors and representatives of the Amals mated Sheet Metal Workers' Alliance to keep out of the Chicago market all competitive sheet metal prudurgs was alleged in one indictment.
