BEARD'S Views on the Treat me.t of Catarrh, HT classes itamong the the Most Destruc- iveof Human Aiiments, Rapid Progress from a Simple Cold in The Head to Consumption, A Safe, Economical and Perma- nent Cure Suggested. No sipwle disease has cntailed more suffering or hastened the breaking up of the constitution than Catarrh. The eevee of smell, of taste, of eight, of hearing, the human veice, tha mind,—oneor more, end sometimes all yle'd to ita destructive influencs. The poison it distributes througuout the system attacks every vital force, and breaka up the most robust of constitutions. Ignored because but little understood by most physicians, impotently assailed by quacks and charlatans, those suff -ring from it have iittle hope to be relieved of it this side of the grave. Itis time, then, that the popular treatment of this terrible disease by remedies within thereach of all passed into hands at once competent and trust- worthy. The new and hitherto untried method adopted by Dr. Sanford in the preparation of his RapicaL Cure has won my hearty approval. Itis purely vegetable, instantaneous in affording relief in all head colds, sneezing, enuffling and obstructed breathing, and rapidly removes the most opprea- sive symptoms, clearing the head, sweetening the breath, restoring the senses of smell, taste and hearing, apd neutralizing the conetitut‘onal ten- dency of the disease towards the lungs, liver and Kidneys. zs I believe it likely to succeed when all the usua; remedies fail, because it strikes at the root of the disease, viz , the acilisivd bloo, while it heals the ulcerated membrane by direct application to the nasal passages. Ita action is based on certain fixed rules, and unless the vita! forces are too far ex- hausted, must, in the great majority of cases, effect a cure. GEO. BEARD, M D.
