An or- chestra will be there every afternoon to furnish music and the Mandan or- chestra will take over the evening hours. The Bismarck-Mandan Automobile association is the show. Its committee chairmen all went to the Minneapolis show to get ideas of what was desirable to stress at the exhibition across the river, and the local show will strive to measure up in proportion to the bigger show of /ly, the Northwest in the Twin Cities. The entertainment phases were put in the hands of F. A. As amended today administration of the act is placed in the hands of @ commissioner to be appointed by the governor. At the request of the state railroad board its connection with the bill was completely severed. Members of the board said the act as originally drawn imposed certain ob- ligations upon them without giving them power to discharge the obliga- tions. They asked that they either be given complete administration of the act or divorced from it complete- . The committee accommodated them by eliminating all reference to the railroad board. What part, if any, the railroad board should have in the administra- tion of the measure has been the subject of considerable discussion since the farm storage bill first came up for consideration. Certain Non- partisans wanted the railroad board charged with. administration of the act.
