Frame, manager of du Pont Rayon Co.s Waynesboro plant, in an address before Staunton Rotary Club, said that the new unit now under construction there is prac- tically finished. “Approximately 1.600 employes will be required when the additional unit is completed,” he said. Future de- velopment planned will bring the total number of units to seven, instead of eight, originally intended. Mr. Frame,- who has succeeded C. J. Bacon as plant manager, is a native of Binghamton, N. Y. He was connected during the World War with the British Celenese Corp., ‘working on cellulose acetate for air- | plene wings. He remained in Eng- land until 1922 in the development of acetate silk. He became connected with the du Pont company in 1928. BANK DEPOSITS MOUNT. RALEIGH, N. C..
