WASHINGTON, June 21.—The Su- | Preme Court to-day reversed the Fed- eral District Court in New Jersey, which dismissed the Government's Sherman Law and commodities clause sult against the Delaware, Lacka- wanna and Western Raliroad and the Delaware, Lackawanna and Western Coal Company. ‘The Government charged that the contract by which the railroad sold to the coal company its coal was hot a bona fide transaction and vio- lated both the Anti-Trust Law and the commodities clause of the Hep- burn Rate Law.
