You know, it’s not how much we Eat, but how ‘we Digest that makes us Strong, or Brainy, or Successful. ‘When the Bowels are filled with undi- gested food we may be a great deal worse off than if we were half starved for want of Food. " Because, food thatstays tod long in the Bowels decays there, just as if it stayed too long in the open air. Adjusters Fram Europe and the East Are in San | Francisco. This is the second time the church has been partially destroyed within { months. Its first misfortune was & fire that partially destroyed the build- ing only two weeks after the church had been dedicated. After its second completion the congregation had used it but a few weeks when the great disaster of April 18 rendered the build- ing unfit for use. But with an un- shaken faith and the determination | to help upbuild a greater San Fran- cisco, plans are being laid for a larger { and better church edifice than ever.
