Spectal Dispatch to The Call GREENSBURG, Pa., Jan. 6.—Andrew Lohr, a traveling clergyman of Stahls- town, is In jail here. Mr. and Mrs. Sam- uel James of Stahistown, Cook Town- ship, are alleged to be insane as a result of religious rites practiced in the James home. Lohr is charged with having in- duced James to burn 31000 worth of fur- niture, first taking out $800 hidden in the sofa. Lobr also induced James to at- tempt to sacrifice his ten-year-old son by bupning him on an altar with a four- year-old Durham bull. James stripped his wife in a fleld and let her stand In a tub of cold water to drive out the evil spirit. Lohr, in attempting to sacrifice the bull, was tossed over the fence by the anfmal. He told James that he could lead the bull to the stake as if it was a gentle child. The boy to be sacrificed with the bull also put up a desperate fight. ‘When the James woman was given the cold bath neighbors interfered and pre- ferrea charges against Lohr before Squire Miller of Stahistown. —————————— THREE TRAINMEN DIE IN PASSENGER WRECK Eight Travelers on a Peansylvanin Traiu Receive Injurtes.
