Yesterday the Coroner’s jury, which in- vestigated the death of Lottie Peterson, the 19-year-old Santa Rosa girl who died on January 18 as the result of an unlawful operation, fixed the blame of her death upon Mrs. Mary Balkwell of 642 Hamp- shire street and charged her with man- slaughter.
