Auditor Baehr filed his annual report for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1902, with the Mayor and Board of Supervisors yesterday. The report gives a full history of the financial operations of the depart- l ments of the city government. The de- mands audited aggregated $6,338,898 4 and demands outstanding amount to $485,513 47. Treasurer's receipts to the amount of $8,978,524 65 are in the hands of the Audi- tor. There were $%,679 16 in poll taxes col- lected by the Assessor. The sum of | $5,690,486 57 was collected in taxes and the license collections aggregaterd $579,803 35. The Board of Works expended $150,769 35 | in salaries, §139,675 23 in wages, $521,752 21 for materlala. making a total of $812,196 79. The parks cost $311,41329 to maintain, while. the Public Library spént $36,623 65 | in salarfes and $29,746 92 for material and | expenses.
