The Crane company, wholesale dealers in plumbers’ supplies, will erect a $60,000 bus- | iness bulldiug at north Lt corper of Tenth and Harney stroets A strip of ground having a frontage of 132 feet on Tenth stre and a frontage of €6 feet on Harney street has been pur chased from Jesse Lowe of Chicago, Imme- diately east of thls ground a lot 1 feet long and having a frontage of forty-four feet on Harney street was purchased from E. G. Maxwell of Michigan. A two-story brick store and flat building stands on th corner sixty-six feet of the ground the new building 18 to occupy. The price pald for the ground, 132 feet by 110 feet in are A, was $37,000. It is estimated that the building on the corner property will sell for enough to reduce the cost of the ground to $30,000.
