Sioux Acgncy, Muvyxsora, March 14, 1859. ‘More Frovbles in the Spirit Lake Country—Return of Ink Padwah’s Band—Failure of the Buffalo along the Valley Of the Missouri—Sufferings of the Indians—UComfortable Condition of the Annuity Indians, dc., &c. A portion of Ink Padutah’s band of outlaws have re- turned to the Spirit Lake country, and although thoy have aot a8 yet committed any depredations, their presence apreade terror among the settlements. Report says that come of the Indians were captured by the whites, and made known the plans of the former for ‘an indiscriminate destruction of every setticr east of the Sioux river during the early partof next summer.
