The market isall in their favor, and they appear to bave, for the moment, complete control of the Stock Exchange. The westera divi. sion of the road, from Milesburg to Tyrone, a diwtance of thirty miles, is located, and, if the nocessary funds can be raised, will be commenced in tho spring.
