Taft Deplores Lack Of Art Appreciation | Chicago, June 17—Development of the fine arts in the United States has reached the point where further progress depends on the growth among the masses of an apprecia- tion of things artistic, says Lorado Taft, noted sculptor, in a brochure shortly to be published by the American Library Assoclation.
