The goodness guaranteed by SCOTT & BOWNE MAKERS OF SCOTT'S EMULSION an ‘;&gnoidc relative to set lines was being violat- ed. Kosienski was the first man ap- proached. Allhouse found three set lines, attached to a stake which was stuck in the soft dirt on the bark. The warden questioned the fisherman as to his knowledge of fishing .aws and was told that he had been given permission to fish on the premises and while he had received no special permit for the use of set lines, he thought it would be all right. * While the officers were talking with Kosienski, Misooski happened along and asked for some hooks. Smyrk questioned him as to the type of hooks he was using with the resuit that he was found to be violating the same law with a similar number of set lines. He refused to remove the stake when told to do so, the officers testified. Both of the accused entered pleas of not gullty to the charges preferred, claiming that they had no knowledge of a law prohibiting the use of set lines. Kosienski fished with similar lines before he went into the service, he said, and had heard nothing of the law. Harry Olson and Harry Hirsch were fined $7 and cests each for drunkenness. They were arrested jes- terday afternoon by Patrolman Denis Nealon. At a chamber session of the court, a 15-year-old girl pleaded not guilty to a charge of incorrigibility, brought by her father and sister. For three nights she had been away from home, it was testified. Physicians claim there is nothing that will supply this deficiency so well as the organic ack. and by supplying necessary phosphoric food elements, bitro- phosphate should produce a welcome trans- formation in the appearance; the increase in weight frequently being astonishing. Increase in weight also carries with it a general improvement in the health. Nerv- ousness, sieeplessness and lack of energy. which nearly always accompany excessive thinness, should soon disappear, dull eves brighten and pale cheeks glow with the bloom of perfect health. CAUTION:—While Bitro-Phosphate is un- surpassed for the relief of nervousness, gen. eral debility, etc., those taking it who do not desire to put on flesh should use extra care in avelding fat-producing foods. 9:30a. m. till 12:30 Voiles, 89c values, special, 2 yards for Percales, 45¢ value yard wide. 3 yards for $1.00 Bleached and un- bleached Muslin, 3 1-2 yards for $1.00 Ginghams, 45c values, 3 yards for $1.00 Galateas, 45¢ values, 3 yards $1.00 Turkish Towels, 65c values, 2 for $1.00 ednesday' THE DRESS GOODS SHOP 1,000 Yards of Silk, Wool and Cotton Remnants, all kinds, Wednesday, special 25 Per Yard, and Up 400 MAIN Silk Satin, 36 inch, white, black, navy and other colors, $3.00 values, - $1.89 Silk Georgette Crepe, all colors and shades, $3.00 values, $1.89 Linen Suitings, all colors, 2 1-2 yards for $1.00 9:30 a. m. till 12:30 400 MAIN Crepe de Chjne, yard wide, all colors, $3.50 values, $1.89 Black Charmeuse, 38 inches wide $3.98 value, special $2.75 Fancy Skirtings, sold for $1.00 yard, special, 2 yards for $1.00 ASHLEY’ GREATES SALES DA Wednesday Morn $4.50, $5.00, $6.00 Shirts $3.98 Wednesday Morning $3.00, $3.50 Colored Soft Collar Shirt s $2.45 Wednesday Morning $3.00, $3.50 Soft Cuff Shirts $2.45 Wednesday Morning $2.00 Soft Cuff Shirts $1.00 Wednesday Morning $1.00 Nainsook - Union Suits 69¢ Wednesday Morning $1.50 Nainsook Union Suits $1.00 Wednesday Morning Black Hose 10 Pairs for $1.00 Wednesday Morning 209% Discount On Silk Shirts Wednesday Morning 50c Wash Ties 4 for $1.00 Wednesday Morning $1.50 Bal.
