STETSON HATS McNAMARA-BRADY SUIT IN COURTS Plaintif Declares Defendant Owes Her $600 on Insurance Policy He Took Over for Her. After a long session in the court of common pleas before Judge Daniel A. Markham yesterday the case of Mrs. Margaret McNamara against John M. Rrady was not finished. Attorney A. W. Upson represented Mrs. McNamara and Judge Gaffney appeared for Brady. In her complaint Mrs cet forth that on October 1, 1907, she Ltook out a life insurance polic on her son, Thomas Glassett, for $843.88, The premium was $1 per week and as ghe was temporarily unable to pay this she turned the policy over to Mr. Brady with the understanding that he was to pay until such time as she was able to reclaim it.
