NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RE- SOLVED by the State Board of conservation the following rules and regulations shall implement Sec- tions 370.13 and 370.14, Florida Statutes, and shall further regulate the possession, declaration, and sale of stone crabs and crawfish: 1, Within three days after the Tommencement of the closed season for the taking of salt water crawfish and stone crabs, each and every seafood dealer, either retail or whole- sale, of the State of Florida will submit to the Supervisor of Conservation, on forms pro- vided by the Supervisor, a sworn report of the quantity, in pounds, of frozen salt water crawfish and stone crabs, froz- en crawfish tails, and frozen crawfish and stone crab meat in his (its) name or possession at the beginning of the afore- mentioned closed season. This report will state the location of and describe each as to the number of pounds of frozen crawfish and stone crabs, froz~ en crawfish tails, and frozen crawfish and stone crab meat. Any reports postmarked later than midnight of the third day after the commencement of the closed season will not be ac- cepted by the Supervisor or the Board of Conservation, and the frozen stocks of crawfish and stone crabs reported there- in shall be seized by the Sup- ervisor or his authorized agents. Should any dealer fall to sub- mit a report as described above or should any dealer report a greater or lesser amount of frozen crawfish or stone crab, frozen crawfish tails or froz- en crawfish or stone crab meat than is actually in his (its) possession or name, said deal- er is and shall be considered in violation of the provisions of this regulation and Sections 370.13 and 370.14, Florida Stat- ues, and the Supervisor or anv of his authorized agents shall seize the entire supply of un- reported or falsely reported frozen crawfish and __ stone crabs, tails or meat and shall carry same before the court for disposal as provided for under Chapter 02, subsection 11, Florida, Statutes. Each dealer shall state on this report the number of pounds sold during the report period and the pounds remain- ing on hand.
