Wilson: You are hereby notified that the fol- lowing pieces or parcels of land situated in the county of Itsaca, state of Min- nesota, and known and described as follows, to-wit; Lots one (1), two (2) and three (3) of block twenty-six (26) of Oakland Addition to Grand Rapids, are now assessed in your name. That on the 29th day of May, 1900, at a sale of land pursuant to real es- tate tax judgment duly given and made in and by the district court in and for said county of Itasca, on the 2lst day of March, 1900, in proceedings to enforce the payment of taxes delinquent upon real estate for the years 1891 to 1895, incl , for said county of Itasca, the above described pieces or parcels of and were duly offered for sale, and no one bidding upon said offers for which said pieces or parcels of land were subject to Be sold, to-wit: the sum of five and 91-100 dollars ($5.91) the same and all thereof were duly bid in for the state of Minnesota for said sum. That thereafter and on the 1th day of November, A: D. 1910, all of the said pieces or parcels of land, each and all of them not then having: beep redeemed from said sale, and having then be- come the absolute property of the state of Minnesota, were sold and con- veyed at public sale by the county au- ditor of said county, pursuant to the order and direction of the state audi- tor of the state of Minnesota and in accordance with the provisions of the statute in such case made and provid- ed, for the sum of three and 73-100 dol- jars ($3.73) duly paid to the county treasurer of said county. That on the 29th day of May, 1900, at a sale of land pursuant to real estate tax judgment duly given and made in by the district court in and for and said Itasca county, on the 21st day of March, 1900, in proceedings to enforce yment of taxes delinquent upon ate for the years 1891 to vi, inclusive, for said county of Itasca, said lots seventeen (17) and eighteen (18) in block twenty-six (26), were duly of- fered for sale, and no one bidding upon said offer for which said pieces or par- cels of land were subjeet to be sold, to-wit: the sum of three and 86.100 dol- lars ($3.86) said lots seventeen (17) and eighteen (18) in said block twenty- six (26) and all thereof were duly bid in for the state of Minnesota, for said sum. That thereafter, and on the 14th day of November, A. D. 1910, all of said pieces or parcels of land, not then hav- ing been redeemed from said sale, and having then become the absolute prop- erty of the state of Minnesota, were sold and conveyed at public sale by the county auditor of said county pursuant yup the order and direction of the state auditor of the state of Minnesota, and in accordance with the provisions of the statute in such case made and provided, for the sum of two and 56-¥00 dollars ($2.56) duly paid to the county treas- urer of said county.
