McCauley: You are hereby notified that the fol- lowing pieces or parcels of land situat- ed in the county of Itasca, state of Min- nesota, and known and described as Follows, to-wit: Lots one (1) and two (2) of block twenty-four (24), Oakland Addition to Grand Rapids, are now as- sessed in your name.
