An inauguration ceremony will mark 4he beginning of scheduled operations Harrisburg-Willlamsport - Buffalo air- mail, passenger and express route of Pennsylvania-Central Airlines Corp., next Tuesday morning at Washington Airport. This was announced last night by C. Bedell Monro, president of the cor- poration. Two all-metal Boeing air- planes will leave the airport at 8 a.nf. after inauguration ceremonies by Rep- resentative James M. Mead, who will make the trip. Other guests expected to board the plane here include Harllee en the new Washington-Baltimore- | Branch, Secord Assistant Postmaster General; B. A. Cisler of the Post Office Department. and others. Arriving at Baltimore at 8:30, the party will be met by Mayor Howard Jackson and C. H. Pouder, executive vice president of Baltimore's Chamber of Commerce, who will join the flight at that city. At Harrisburg it is ex- pected Gov. George H. Earle will wel- come the party and board a plane, together with Secretary of Revenue J. Griffith Boardman and others. En route from Willlamsport to Buf- falo the planes will circle Niagara Falls before landing at the Buffalo Municipal Airport at 11:40,.
