Up- thrusts of 6 points or more were nu- merous as the session approached the close. The earlier recovery movement turned into a forward rush as traders were deluged with a flood of buving | Federal loans pushed forward briskly after vesterday's sharp set- back. Gains ranging up to 14-32 of & point were recorded. Corporate liens were in heavy de- mand, particularly railroad issues. M-K-T 55 jumped around 6'; points and B. & O. 4'5s were up around 5.
