After working for sev- eral companies, Mr. Kelly, about 16 years ago, es- tablished the MRy Taylor - Kelly Lumber Co., which shortly afterward became the firm of J. Frank Kelly, Inc. Mr. Kelly was widely known in business, club and fraternal circles. He was & member of the Kiwanis Club, a director of the Capital Kiwanis district and a member of the Columbia Country Club. He had been active in the Kiwanis Club's work of aiding crippled children, iy Prominent Mason. Active in Masonic circles, he be- longed to the Chevy Chase Lodge of Masons, the Columbia Chapter -of Royal Arch Masons, Columbia Com- | mandery, Knights Templar and Almas Temple of the Mystic Shrine.
