(Compiled by the Assoclated Press.) — e BY the Assoctated Press NEW YORK, March 30.—In quiet trading United - States Government loans dipped in the bond market to- day as corporate and foreign obliga- tions moved unevenly in a moderate range. Around midday United States Treas- rv issues showed losses of 1-32 to 7-32 or more with the 21.s, the 2%s of 1959 and the 2%s of 1951 under a little pressure. Government bond dealers said they attached little significance to the de- cline in view of the light turnover. Some described it as merely a tech- nical reaction occasioned by limited selling attracted by Monday's rally. In the corporate sector gains of fractions to a point or so were scored by American Telephone 3';s, Balti- more & Ohio 4 Chesapeake Corp. 5s, Goodyear 5s, Southern Pacific 4'2s and Illinois Central 4%s. Issues down a corresponding amount were International Telephone 35s, Northwestern 4%s, Erie 5s and Texas Corp. 312 DIVIDENDS ANNOUNCED NEW YORK.
