Word of two deaths shocked the @nancial district today—Harry M. ‘Wheeler, for the past 15 years con- nected with W. B. Hibbs & Co. as a eustomers’ man, and William S. One share of Riggs National Bank eommon stock sold at 345 on the ‘Washington Stock Exchange today, a mew high and an advance from the last sale, at 340. Capital Traction 5s ‘were strong at 95. Carpel Corp. was up to 26%;. H.
