NEW YORK, September 10.—The majority of bonds moved along on an even plane in the market today, al- though a handful of United States | Government issues tilted uphill. Rail issues were mixed and easy in sots, while industrials were irregular. Util- ities braced up somewhat. A number of Treasury issues were | unchanged to a little higher at the | finish. Treasury 3'ss of 1949 were 7-32 higher, while Home Owners’ Loan 3s moved up 4-32 and Home Owners’ | 2%s added 3-32 to their price. Among the industrials Murray Body | 6'2s rose to a new high at 172 to close with a net gain of 3%. Stude- baker 6s were another bright spot in this section, rising 1'y to finish at 54.
