B4 GypsyCamp Is Festival Theme Here Special Guests to Be Received Tonight at Sylvan Theater. THE broad green slopes of the n Monument grounds will be the scene tonight of the ninth successive Summer Festival program of the present season when, preceded | by a concert of Spanish music, played by the United States Army Band, con- ducted by Capt. The band con- | cert will begin at 7:30 o'clock and at | that hour Mrs. Elizabeth K. Peeples, | chairman of the Summer Festival Committee, assisted by Mrs. Edith H. Hunter, Miss Bess Davis Schreiner, and a group of aides, including Mrs. Charles M. Hunter, 3d; Mrs. Willlam P. Kilgore and Miss Evelyn Schweitzer, will be present to receive the honor guests. Among those invited as special guests for tonight are Representative and Mrs. Mark Wilcox, the Assistant At- torney General and Mrs. Frank Wide- man, Mr. and Mrs. L. P. Steuart, Mr. J.
