Color guards representing the Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, National Guard, high school cadets and various patriotic and civic organ- jzations will parade their colors through the massed assemblage. Loud speakers will be installed to enable the whole audience to hear the exercises. Bishop Freeman Speaker. Right Rev. James E. Freeman, Bish- op of Washington, who is a major in the Chaplains Reserve Corps. will de- liver the memorial address. Preceding | | the bishop's address, there will be a | short address by Maj. Gen. At 3:45 pm. the color guards will commence to march from the grove of the Cathedral grounds and will ap- proach the head of the Pilgrim Steps at 3:50 p.m. Led by Maj. Walter W. Burns and the 260th Drum and Bugle Corps the procession will come down the stone steps. thence around the assemblage | and to the rostrum from the rear of | the center aisle of the amphitheater. The colors will be massed among the trees in rear of the Poppy Cross erect- ed for the occasion. Parade of Colors. The parade of colors will be in four main divisions. Each division will be led by the drum corps from the Vet~ erans of Foreign Wars and the Amer- ican Legion. The first division will be marshaled by Lieut. Col. Charles Demonet. It will include the Regular Army. Navy, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, National Guard, Naval Militia and Cadets. The second division will be mar- shaled by Col. Robert P. The Department of Agriculture laid preliminary plans yesterday for the six-day 4-H Club encampment that will bring more than 200 boys, girls and State agricultural leaders to Washington June 13. A strenuous program has been ar- ranged for the delegates, according to Ray Turner, in charge of the ninth annual encampment, with conferences, talks from Government officials and inspections of various Department of Agriculture activities. Tents to Be on Mall. The delegates, chosen from 925,000 club members all over the country, will pitch their tents on the Mall| before the administration building of the department at Fourteenth and B The schedule calls for two radio broadcasts, campfires, tours to Belts- ville and Arlington experimental farms, Sylvan Theater. The name of the club, under in-| direct Federal supervision since 1914,/ is taken from the four H’s in the| members’ pledge—head, heart, hand, | health.
