R. K. MELLON PLEDGES AID TO REBUILD CHURCH Pastor of St. Patrick’s, Pittsburgh Landmark, Announces New Structure to Be Erected. By the Associated Press. PITTSBURGH, Pa, April 1.—Rev. James R. Cox, whose church burned 10 days ago, yesterday assured his parishioners that “a new St. Patrick’s will rise from the ruins of the old,” and disclosed that Richard K.
