Treasury Secretary Morgenthau, his wife and Supreme Court Justice Louis D. Brandeis were .sted among 141 Jews whose “notable achievements” were recognized in the annual Who's Who, published yesterday by the American Hebrew. Becretary Morgenthau s honored for his outstanding service in public office, Mrs. Morgenthau for welfare work among women and Justice Brandeis for his “civic benefactions.” Two other residents of Washington, Arthur J.
