CATHEDRAL SCENE OF SPECIAL RITES Attorney General to Attend Inspirational Service to Precede Crime Parley. A special inspirational service precede the National Conference on Crime called by Attorney General Cummings will be held in the Great Choir of Washington Cathedral to- morrow at 4 o'clock.
