Scott, for many years cashier of the Wash- ington Post, who died yesterday at his home, 2038 Eighteenth street. Burial will be in Rock Creek Cemetery, with Masonic services. Mr, Scott, who was well known in business life here, had been seriously i1l less than a week, although he had been in failing health since is retire- ment from the post two years ago.
